A Proven History of Improving Sales
Sidehill was created over a 25 year history of sales leadership in a variety of sales repair roles - from underfunded startups and neglected regions to sustainable expansion and new product introduction. A solid reputation for rapid sales repair led to roles supporting Sales Performance and Training services to help implement their recommendations.
The 'fixer' reputation also led to positions for a wide range of markets and operating structures. Some markets include biotech media, medical device and precision manufacturing, product test and certification, fine food distribution, and advertising.
We understand the challenges of large direct sales teams, inside sales, remote sales and service, distributed sales agents, and combinations of these. Still, we have not seen it all, and look forward to the new challenges that head our way!
Over and again, we have seen organizations struggle to implement preset processes, methods, and systems. Most of those were great tools with great reputations. In order for a great tool to both work correctly and last, it requires correct application, regular maintenance, and modification over time. All of those require someone who understands the tool and the application - or the tool simply stops working as designed.
